early check-in good coffee accessible location crowded pool unfilled toiletries missing body lotion
the staff provided early check-in. the breakfast was good (the coffee was nice!). it was close to the places i wanted to see.
the pool area was crowded. toiletries were not refilled. i had to ask multiple times for body lotion, but i never received it.

The staff was very helpful and accommodated my request for a later check out. The hotel breakfast buffet included an extensive selection. I found the location convenient for accessing public transport. I found my room spacious.
I noticed prices in the restaurant and bar were excessive. This fact bothered me. The prices should match with other venues in the city.

floor mirror hidden tv quality bedding
i liked this hotel. my room had a floor-to-ceiling mirror. it also had a hidden tv screen, i thought that was very cool. the bed used high quality bedding.

rooftop reconstruction spa repair
The breakfast offered a very good selection. It was well-stocked and convenient.
The rooftop pool was under reconstruction. I was not informed before arrival. The spa area also had a pool and sauna under repair. This severely limited relaxation options.
